We hope that you are all well and have managed to enjoy a break over the Easter holidays – hopefully the lovely sunshine has helped.
As we move into the fifth week of school closure we would encourage you to keep a close eye on the school website which will be updated with further learning activities and suggestions from Monday 20th April. From Wednesday 22nd April, teachers will resume their interactions with pupils on Purple Mash with further activities and resources to be added which have been specifically selected for your child to work on.
We are currently in the process of devising a suggested daily timetable for parents and carers to use, should they wish to, although we appreciate that many of you will have established your own routines and this will be sent out in due course. In the meantime, stay safe and well and we really hope to see you all soon.
Child care provision
During this time, school will remain open only for the children of key workers, where there is no other alternative child care provision. If you are able to keep your child at home then you must. School continues to be run by a skeleton staff so the more children that can stay at home, the fewer staff needed. If you are a key worker, and you haven’t already done so, and your child needs to attend school then please e mail: [email protected]
For parents/ carers of those pupils who have been in school, please keep us informed of any changes (via email ) in order for us to avoid making unnecessary calls.
We hope to see you all again very soon. In the meantime, take care, stay safe and, as always, thank you for all your support.
